Before we begin


It is important to be aware that one consignment upload should represent either one pallet or one consignment box.



  1. Use “Send Single Product” if your consignment contains one product 

  2. Use “Send Mixed Products” if your consignment contains multiple products

  3. With both, choose whether the stock will be on a pallet, or in a consignment box.


Ready to go


The first step in the process is uploading your stock consignment onto the platform using the single product form or mixed product CSV upload (template downloadable from platform).  For full step by step instructions on how to complete this, you can view our support article here.


Once your consignment has been successfully uploaded, you can then download, print and apply your labels. *Please note, unlabelled or incorrectly labelled stock may incur additional processing costs.


  1. Consignment label to single pallet or single consignment box* (Required)

  2. Stock box labels to stock boxes (non-GTIN labelled boxes)

  3. Item labels to items (non-EAN labelled items)



Book it in


Once your stock is correctly prepared, please notify us at least 1 working day in advance with your requested date for delivery, time, dimensions, weight and quantity of your stock.  We will provide you with a booking reference and arrange a delivery slot at the warehouse.   *Please note, if you do not have a booking reference or have not notified us in advance your delivery may be rejected.

Arrange collection or self-ship


We can arrange collection of your stock or you can self-ship.  If you need us to arrange collection, just let us know when you are obtaining your booking reference.


All deliveries, including self-shipped must have a booking reference to ensure access to site is granted on arrival.

Once your stock arrives at our warehouse we aim to get it checked in within 48hrs if correctly labelled, subject to volumes of stock being processed at the warehouse.  For further information on the warehouse inbound stock process, you can find a little more detail here.
