Selazar operates fulfilment and provides support Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
When an order is made outside of standard working days it will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Similarly, support issues raised outside of working hours will be picked up the next working day. If this occurs at the weekend this may take a few days so we appreciate your patience.
Please note, in addition to weekends, Selazar will also be closed for the standard UK Bank Holidays as detailed below.
