In order to return an item you will need to use the Returns Portal, this can be found here: [https://returns.selazar.com/ ]
From here you will need to enter a reCAPTCHA to proceed.
Once complete, enter your Order Number and the email address used on the site you purchased from when making the order.
Then click on "Search".
A list of items within that order will then be shown, select the item(s) you wish to return from your order.
Then enter the reason you are returning the item and press the "Create Return" button.
You will then be able to print your rerun label by selecting the "Download Labels" button. This will need to be affixed over any previous labels on the items box.
The box is then ready to be taken to a Collect+ point. Find the closest one to you by entering your postcode into the box and pressing the "Search" button.
It may take over a week for your return to be fully processed once it has be dropped off at Collect+.
