      How to select 'Merchant-managed fulfilment orders' in Shopify

      All fulfilment providers will be migrating to a new Fulfilment Order API to deliver more accurate fulfilment and inventory management service for Shopify users. Within your Shopify store(s) ensure you make the update below before 8 March 2023.

      Please follow the steps below to amend your Shopify settings, particularly Merchant-managed fulfilment orders.

      1. In your Shopify store, navigate to Settings > Apps and sales channels 

      2. Select Develop apps > Selazar



      3. Once in the Selazar custom app, select Configuration tab. Here you will see the Admin API integration,  click ‘edit’ 

      4. When Admin API integration is in edit mode, find the access scope ‘Merchant-managed fulfilment orders’ and select both read and write

      5. Once ‘Merchant-managed fulfilment orders’ read and write have been selected, click ‘save’
