To enable your customers to use Return Robin for their returns, you should first register as a Retailer with Return Robin.

Navigate to the Return Robin retailer portal
Register for Return Robin
Select Register for Return Robin
Register as a Retailer
- Fill out your Company Name, followed by your Forename, Surname, Email, and Mobile number.
- Create a Password that has at least one special character, one number, and six letters.
- Read the Privacy policy and the Terms and Conditions and confirm your agreement.
- Complete the reCAPTCHA
- Select Register to register your company as a retailer with Return Robin.
Verify your account details
A verification email will be sent to your email address.
Email Verification
Check your Inbox for an email from noreply@returnrobin.com like the one listed below.
Open the email and select Verify Account to verify your account.
Upon verifying your account, you will be redirected to the Sign in page in the Retailer's Return Robin Portal.
Fill in your email and password and select Login
If you have forgotten your password, you may select the option Forgot your password? and follow the instructions to reset it.
