Here at Selazar we are continually reviewing and optimising our platform, in our latest update we’ve made the following improvements.
You’ll notice some additional functionality in the following areas: Orders, Packaging Preferences and Bulk Orders. More information can be read below:
1. Orders - Search All Orders
- Go to Orders -> All Orders to start the search
- In the top search box, search by either order number, customer name or tracking reference
- Use the Status column as a guide on the specific order position
2. Packaging Preferences - now includes paper
- Each product can have specific packaging preferences
- Using Edit Packaging Preferences ensures you have full control over packaging and can make amendments at any time
- Remember to save your selection
- It is now possible to download a packing slip for every Processed Bulk Order
- Go to Bulk Order -> Processed
- Select the three dots next to View Order to activate the download
