Packaging Instructions

We want to make sure that your returned items are handled with care and arrive safely. Here are some handy tips to help you package your items effectively:
  1. Original Packaging: Whenever possible, please return the items in their original packaging, including any protective materials. This helps maintain the integrity of the product during transit.
  2. Avoid Substandard Packaging: We kindly request that you refrain from using substandard or damaged packaging to return your goods. Using sturdy and reliable packaging materials will provide better protection for your item(s).
  3. Removing Old Labels: If you're reusing packaging materials, please remember to remove any old shipping labels and stickers. This helps prevent confusion during transit. Also, please ensure that the packaging is in good condition before reuse.
  4. Quality Matters: It's essential to use high-quality corrugated cardboard boxes for shipping. Double-walled boxes provide added strength and stability. Always choose the right-sized box for your items to avoid potential damage. Under-filled boxes may collapse, while over-filled boxes can burst open.
  5. Restrict Movement: If you can feel or hear the contents moving inside the box, it's a good idea to add additional packaging materials. Infill or padding can help restrict movement and provide extra protection for your items.
  6. Secure Packaging: Properly seal the carton with shipping-grade parcel tape. Make sure all edges are securely taped to prevent the box from opening during transit. Avoid over-wrapping your container with cellophane, as it may not provide adequate protection.
  7. High-Value Items: For valuable items, we recommend over-boxing the original manufacturer's packaging. This extra layer of protection helps ensure the safety of your valuable goods.
  8. Packaging Tips: We advise against using plastic banding, but, if necessary, please ensure it is tightly secured to the box and suitable for shipping purposes. For cylindrical items, use triangular or rectangular packaging to prevent rolling during the sorting process.
Note: Incorrectly packaged items may incur additional charges, so it's important to follow these guidelines to avoid any unforeseen costs.
We hope these tips help you package your items securely for a smooth return process. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer care team.
