How to enable remote customer support

Our Remote Customer Support feature helps us to swiftly resolve any technical issues you may have by enabling our customer support team to directly access your portal.

By default Customer Support Access is set to Disabled.

 

To enable Customer Support Access, navigate to Preferences -> Security -> Change Preference.


Toggle the slider to Enabled (this can be changed at any time).
