How to disconnect Shopify V1.0 integration

You may be connected with a version 1 integration and want to move to version 2, use the following steps to guide you.

Disconnect Shopify V1.0 from Selazar

Warning: 
Any orders received between the old integration being disconnected and the new integration being connected will need to be manually uploaded.

You will require your API key from the original setup to be able to disconnect, contact customer.service@selazar.com or your account manager if you need help.

1. In your Selazar portal, navigate to Integrations > Manage on the integration you want to disconnect.

2. Click Edit Shopify Credentials.

3. Click No, do not connect now and enter your API key into the password field, then Validate Credentials.

There will be a message confirming that your changes have been successfully saved.

Uninstall Existing Selazar Connection in Shopify

From your Shopify Store, navigate to Settings > Apps and sales channels

Select Develop apps

Select Selazar Custom app > Uninstall and confirm

Now that the app has been uninstalled, you can now proceed with installing Shopify V2.0
